Thanks Joe!
A concrete example would help here. If we start with an image that is intended to cover an area of 8.0 inches by 10.5 inches at a resolution of 300 dpi, how should the file be configured?
I'm confused by the directive "size the image to the proper number of inches based on 96 DPI calculations". Does this mean that we're actually adding pixels to the file or maybe that we're adding bogus attributes?
Does this apply only to the PDF renderer and not to printing from the viewers?
Does this not apply to Reporting Services 2008 or 2010?
